Had very comfortable experience, overall incredibly beautiful place.

The place was clean with courteous and very polite staff members. The location of the hotel was convenient and great - at a moderate distance from Martinsburg Mall. The venue was an ideal place for enjoying a very convenient area...

Nice place to stay. Staff was great. Hotel was nice. Good value. Had everything necessary for a young family.

The concierge who checked us in, Mariah was very sweet. When i mentioned it was our anniversary she upgraded our room, and it was wonderful. Would def. stay here again!

Bed was very comfortable.

Sitting room part of suite was too dark and dreary.

Convenient to everything, the indoor pool was enjoyable. Plenty of parking.

Staff was not very pleasant. We tried to check in early, they said we would be bumped up and called, never recvd call. Floors were not vacuumed. Staff did not want to give me any paperwork for check in or check out.

The only bad thing was the traffic outside of our room but really not much anyone can do about that!

I enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the breakfast. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean.

Hotel could not find my reservations from Booked.net I was lucky they had rooms available. I drove 6 hours with a reservation on Christmas Eve to be told they could not find it with my booking number from Booked.net It would have been horrible if they had not of have rooms.

My husband and I were in town visiting family. The hotel was great very nice people and the food was great. We will be back again. :)

Only one little complaint ordered coffee from room service our last day coffee was cold!! Other then that every thing was perfect.

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated rooms and the accessibility options throughout the Holiday Inn Martinsburg. The clean, spacious accommodations made it easy for me, and the indoor pool area was a good spot to unwind after a long day.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast included with cost of the suite. We did enjoy the buffet in the restaurant but felt it could have been better replenished and at times there were no clean plates.

We had a fantastic stay with comfy beds and loved the indoor pool and cozy lounge area for some downtime. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was still nice to have a warm start before heading out. Overall, I definitely recommend checking this place out, especially if you're traveling with family! 😊

The rooms offered are large and well stocked with great beds and refrigerator, for instance. Friendly and best staff provides an excellent service.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were super friendly, especially the waitress at breakfast. My king room was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with comfy beds and pillows. The indoor pool was fantastic for relaxation, and it's close to chambersburg!
